Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, creative, and growth-driven Video Editor who understands modern content and is excited about the future of AI-powered creativity. This role is not just about editing videos — it is about creating content that performs, experimenting with new tools, and constantly learning what works next.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for brands and campaigns
- Create reels, ads, promotional videos, and social media content
- Use AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and production quality
- Stay updated with new trends in editing, storytelling, and content formats
- Research new tools, features, and workflows regularly
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound design, and motion elements
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Bring fresh ideas to every project, not just execution
Required Skills
- Strong video editing skills
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Fluency in English (important for communication and growth)
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Higgsfield, and similar platforms
- Strong willingness to learn and explore new technology
- Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability

- Has prior editing experience (basic or advanced)
- Understands social media trends and viral content formats
