Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jaipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into cohesive video stories, adding transitions, sound, and visual elements aligned with Suchamojo’s creative guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with producers and creators, organizing and managing media assets, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics or basic graphics where needed. The role also involves optimizing content for various digital platforms, maintaining consistent visual standards, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Video Editor will contribute ideas to improve storytelling approaches and support the team in experimenting with new formats and styles.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media formats.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and mood alignment.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance video narratives.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, maintain brand guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in digital content, media, or storytelling; formal education in film, media, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
