Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Editor, based in New Delhi with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, enhancing, and finalizing video content in alignment with client specifications and project goals. Key responsibilities include organizing and assembling raw footage, applying graphics and effects, collaborating closely with creative teams, and maintaining high production standards. The role also involves managing video timelines, color grading, and ensuring consistency across all visual elements of the project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects or similar software
- Strong understanding of color grading, visual storytelling, and audio editing
- Experience in organizing and managing video projects from raw footage to final output
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adhering to project timelines
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with social media or web-specific video formats is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Design, or a related field is preferred
