About the Role
We are building a content clipping and distribution system that helps creators and brands scale their personal brand across platforms.
We’re looking for video editors who understand short-form content and want to be part of a fast-growing clipping ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Convert long-form videos (podcasts, interviews, etc.) into short-form clips
Edit high-retention reels/shorts (hooks, subtitles, pacing)
Identify viral moments from content
Maintain quality and consistency across clips
What We’re Looking For
Basic to intermediate video editing skills
Understanding of Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Ability to identify engaging moments in content
Interest in content creation, growth, and personal branding
Details
Stipend: ₹20,000/month
