Role Description The Video Editor role at Stinv Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and client projects. Daily responsibilities include trimming clips, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, performing color correction, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements in line with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to interpret briefs, refine conceptual ideas, and deliver engaging video narratives that support digital marketing objectives. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines across multiple projects, and continuously exploring new video trends and tools to improve output quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong video production and video editing skills, including experience working with popular non-linear editing software.
- Candidates should possess video color grading skills to ensure consistent, visually appealing footage aligned with brand and campaign requirements.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and graphics skills to create dynamic intros, lower-thirds, overlays, and other visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Relevant skills such as basic sound design, audio cleanup, and familiarity with different video formats and codecs are beneficial.
- A background in media, film, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow creative direction, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.
- Time management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and openness to feedback and iteration are important for success in this role.
