About the Role:
I’m looking for a Junior Video Editor to assist with long-form documentary-style YouTube projects (1–2 hours each). You’ll be working under my guidance to prepare rough cuts, organize footage, and handle the initial editing process. I’ll then take over for the fine-tuning, pacing, and polish.
Responsibilities:
- Import, sync, and organize raw footage in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assemble rough cuts according to scripts/storyboards.
- Add basic transitions, titles, and audio balancing.
- Export drafts and maintain project file organization.
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to handle long-form content (1–2 hours).
- Good sense of structure and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a consistent style.
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation: ₹8,000 per project (with potential for growth).
- Location: Remote (open to candidates across India).
