Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through video and be capable of transforming raw footage into polished, engaging content. You will work closely with our content creation team to produce videos for various platforms, including social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and creative vision.
- Edit video content for various formats including social media posts, YouTube videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate sound, music, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all video projects.
- Ensure video content is optimized for different platforms and devices.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper file management.
- Meet project deadlines and handle multiple video projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional video editing experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar video editing software.
- Strong understanding of video production processes (pre-production, production, post-production).
- Experience in colour grading, audio editing, and visual effects (motion graphics knowledge is a plus).
- Knowledge of different video formats, aspect ratios, and compression techniques for various platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
