Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Media, Film, Animation, Design, Mass Communication, or related field
Experience: 1–3 years (agency, brand, or digital-first environment preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication
• Convert raw footage into brand-aligned visual stories
• Add music, graphics, captions, subtitles, and effects
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, pacing, transitions, and storytelling standards.
• Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams to meet deadlines
• Manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback efficiently
Key Competencies
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Blender
• Experience with short-form and long-form video content
• Basic knowledge of AI video tools and prompt writing
• Understanding of motion graphics, audio editing, and formats
• Strong storytelling, time management, and communication skills
