Role: Video Editor (Full-Time)
Location: Bengaluru
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who thinks in cuts, transitions, and timing
- Strong sense of storytelling through edits (not just effects)
- Skilled in short-form content — Reels, TikTok-style videos, YouTube Shorts
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
- Understanding of hooks, retention, and pacing
- A sharp eye for what keeps people watching till the last second
- Bonus: Understanding of social media trends & content formats
What you’ll do:
- Edit high-performing reels & short-form videos daily
- Turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound design, and music
- Collaborate with the team on content ideas & execution
- Experiment with formats, styles, and trends
- Optimize edits based on performance insights & feedback
