Role Description The Video Editor role at Sacred Needs is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will edit and assemble video content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and brand storytelling across online and in-store channels. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, and enhancing visuals through color correction and grading. The Video Editor will also collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop motion graphics and visual assets that align with brand guidelines. This role involves managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and optimizing video content for various digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual output.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics elements to enhance storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and refine content.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or spiritual products content is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
