Role Description The Video Editor role at Revolo Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished content, including corporate videos, product demos, social media assets, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include organizing and managing video files, cutting and assembling clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and performing color correction to achieve consistent visual quality. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams to translate creative briefs into engaging video outputs, incorporating motion graphics, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and timelines. The Video Editor will participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain project documentation, and optimize video formats for various platforms and devices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills for creating high-quality, engaging video content.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate animated elements, titles, and visual assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (web, social media, mobile).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interpret creative briefs.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; prior professional editing experience is an advantage.
