Video Editors and Motion Designer
The Report Bharat is one of India's fastest-growing digital news platforms, capturing the attention of millions daily. We are expanding our creative team and looking for two distinct video editing professionals to help us elevate our content and brand promotions.

ROLE 1: Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro Specialist)
Perfect for fast, sharp, and trend-focused editors who know how to hook an audience instantly.
- Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with a killer showreel are welcome!)
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 / month
- Key Responsibilities:
- Edit fast-paced, high-energy news videos, Reels/Shorts.
- Turn raw footage into clean, engaging stories with sharp cuts and optimal pacing.
- Integrate impactful background music (BGM), sound effects (SFX), dynamic text, and subtitles.
Requirements: Strong mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro. Speed, efficiency, and a solid understanding of social media video trends are critical.
ROLE 2: Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor (After Effects Expert)
Perfect for a creative powerhouse who excels at both graphic design and premium animation.
- Experience: 1–3 Years (Strong portfolio mandatory)
- Salary: upto 30k (Based on experience & expertise)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Dual Expertise (Image + Video): Design high-quality social media graphics/posters and seamlessly animate them into premium video content.
- Create advanced motion graphics, explainer videos, custom intros/outros, and transitions using Adobe After Effects.
- Design and animate premium advertisements for corporate brands (L-Band ads, animated pop-ups, and sponsor integrations).
Requirements: Expert-level command of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Exceptional design sense regarding typography, color theory, and layouts.
