Renew Healthcare is one of Eastern India's leading fertility and women's health networks, with centres at Mandevilla Gardens (MG Road) and Salt Lake in Kolkata, and at Jamshedpur. Led by Dr. Rajeev Agarwal and a team of senior clinicians, Renew has helped thousands of families through IVF, IUI, fertility preservation, and advanced reproductive care. We are now expanding into metabolic health with a new Obesity & Metabolic Health Clinic at our MG Road centre.
We are looking for a Video Editor who can translate complex clinical content into warm, trustworthy, beautifully crafted videos for patients and prospective patients across India.
Role: Video Editor
- Edit and polish raw footage — doctor explainers, patient testimonials, treatment-journey films, clinic walkthroughs, and event coverage — into high-quality videos with a consistent Renew look and feel.
- Create visually appealing animations and motion graphics to explain fertility procedures (IVF cycle, embryo transfer, IUI, fertility preservation, etc.) and obesity/metabolic health concepts in simple, patient-friendly visual language.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience (couples planning a family, women's health seekers, doctor-referral audiences), and content goals across the Renew Healthcare brand and Dr. Rajeev Agarwal's personal digital profile.
- Produce engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube (Shorts and long-form), Facebook, and patient education channels, aligned with Renew's clinical and emotional tone.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and similar tools to add effects, transitions, captions, and graphics that elevate storytelling without overpowering it.
- Enhance videos with music, voiceovers (English, Hindi, Bengali where relevant), and subtitles to make content accessible across our patient demographics.
- Optimise output for each platform — vertical Reels/Shorts, square feed posts, horizontal YouTube and website videos — keeping platform specs, aspect ratios, and best practices in mind.
- Apply careful colour grading and correction to make clinic, doctor, and patient footage look clean, premium, and consistent across the three centres.
- Work with the content team to script, storyboard, and plan shoots inside the clinics and on location, often with doctors and patients on tight schedules.
- Handle sensitive patient stories with discretion, empathy, and full respect for confidentiality and consent.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, performance marketing, and the SEO/social team to ensure videos integrate cleanly into ad campaigns, organic content calendars, and the website.
- Maintain a well-organised library of footage, project files, music, graphics, and brand assets across both Renew Healthcare and the upcoming Obesity & Metabolic Health Clinic.
- Conduct quality control checks — accuracy of medical claims (in coordination with doctors), spelling, captions, audio levels, and brand consistency — before publishing.
- Stay updated with trends in healthcare content, short-form video, and editing techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving clinic environment with regular shoots, campaigns, and launches.
Location: Kolkata (based out of Mandevilla Gardens / Salt Lake centre) Experience: Preference for candidates with healthcare, hospital, or sensitive-category brand experience.
