About the Role:-
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should possess strong video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling skills, with expertise in industry-standard editing software. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, educational, corporate, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
- Manage the complete post-production process, including video editing, sound synchronization, color correction, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and event highlight videos.
- Design and incorporate graphics, thumbnails, titles, and visual elements into video projects.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all video content.
- Organize and maintain video assets, footage libraries, and project files.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
Required Skills:-
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification:-
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in video editing tools will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
- 4–5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor.
- Portfolio showcasing video editing and creative projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
