Job Title: Video Editor + Creative Director (Nagpur)
We’re looking for a Video Editor who doesn’t just edit, someone who understands storytelling, visuals, and how to bring ideas to life from shoot to final cut. This role is for someone who can step out, capture content when needed, and take full ownership of the creative output.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit high-quality videos for digital platforms (reels, ads, brand content, etc.)
- Plan and execute shoots when required
- Handle end-to-end video production, from concept to final delivery
- Add creative direction to projects (transitions, pacing, music, storytelling)
- Work closely with the team to understand briefs and deliver impactful content
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
- Good sense of cinematography, framing, and lighting
- Ability to think creatively and execute independently
- Understanding of fast-paced, high-energy content styles
- Someone who can manage both shooting and editing without hand-holding
Bonus If You:
- Have experience in cinematic-style shoots
- Stay updated with social media trends and editing styles
- Can take raw ideas and turn them into engaging content
