🎯 We’re Hiring: Video Editor – D2C Performance Marketing
📍 Location: Lucknow | ⏰ Full-Time
Are you someone who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping video content in seconds?
Can you bring product stories to life with edits that hook, engage, and convert?

We’re a fast-scaling performance marketing agency that partners with top D2C brands — and we’re looking for a Video Editor who understands the power of storytelling through visuals and knows how to edit for conversions, not just aesthetics.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Editing high-performing short-form videos for Meta & YouTube ads
• Creating dynamic transitions, effects, and cuts that keep viewers hooked
• Collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and media buyers
• Implementing feedback quickly and creatively to produce top-performing edits
• Staying updated with editing trends in the D2C world
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• A strong portfolio of ad-style or branded video content
• Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Good understanding of pacing, audio syncing, and storytelling
• Bonus: Experience editing videos for skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands
