We’re Hiring a Video Editor at Prewery Pvt Ltd!
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands Malayalam content at a cultural level, not just the language, but the tone, humor, pacing, and what truly makes people stop scrolling.
What you’ll be doing:
• Editing high-performing Malayalam content for Instagram, YouTube & digital platforms
• Crafting engaging reels, shorts & long-form videos with strong storytelling
• Adding subtitles, sound design, transitions, and platform-native edits
• Working closely with our content & marketing team to bring ideas to life
• Staying on top of Malayalam trends, creators, and viral formats
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio is a must)
• Strong understanding of Malayalam language + audience sensibilities
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro
• A sharp eye for pacing, retention, and storytelling
• Someone who doesn’t just execute but adds creative direction
Bonus points if you:
• Understand what makes content go viral
• Can bring in motion graphics or animation
