Role Description
We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands not just editing — but attention.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Nashik, where you’ll be responsible for editing high-performing content for Instagram, Meta Ads, and client campaigns.
Your work will directly impact how brands grow online.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Ads, Social Media Content, walk through)
- Create engaging hooks within the first 2–3 seconds
- Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and pacing optimized for retention
- Work closely with the content & marketing team to execute ideas
- Maintain brand consistency across different clients
- Deliver fast, high-quality edits under deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Strong understanding of short-form content (Instagram Reels / Ads)
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of color correction and sound design
- Ability to take feedback and improve quickly
- Someone who is hungry to grow, not just do a job
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
- Experience editing ads or performance marketing creatives
- Knowledge of social media trends and viral formats
- Basic understanding of shooting/content creation
