Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. As a Video Editor at Plan2Shoot, you will be responsible for editing raw video footage, designing and enhancing video content, adding visual effects or graphics, and ensuring all projects align with our creative vision and brand standards. You will work closely with content creators, producers, and other stakeholders, deliver high-quality video outputs, and contribute to brainstorming ideas for future projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Experience with motion graphics, visual effects, and working knowledge of programs like After Effects or similar
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
- Strong creative and storytelling skills to edit and enhance engaging video content
- Basic understanding of color grading, sound mixing, and video production workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adaptability to both on-site and remote work settings
- Prior experience in a similar role or a related creative domain; familiarity with digital content trends is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Design, or equivalent experience is preferred
