Hiring: Video Editor (Full-Time | WFO)
📍 Location: Bangalore

We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw travel footage into high-impact content — from fast-paced Instagram reels to immersive trip aftermovies that make people want to pack their bags instantly.
Compensation (Non-Negotiable Range):
₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

🕒 Work Structure:
• Monday to Friday – Work From Office (Bangalore)
• Saturday – Work From Home
• Sunday – Off
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and ad creatives
• Work on travel aftermovies, promotional content, and storytelling edits
• Sync visuals with music, transitions, and pacing suited for social media
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team for ideas and execution
• Deliver quick turnaround edits while maintaining quality
• Organize and manage raw footage, assets, and project files
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in video editing (freshers with strong portfolios can be considered)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (for motion graphics, titles, etc.)
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube trends, and viral formats
• Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly
Good to Have:
• Experience editing travel or outdoor content
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design
• Basic understanding of thumbnails, hooks, and retention strategies
Important Note:
This role is for candidates who are comfortable with the above compensation and work setup.

expectations are beyond ₹30,000/month, this role
will not be a fit.
