Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jaipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into compelling narratives, performing detailed cuts, transitions, and timing adjustments to meet creative briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include collaborating with producers and designers, organizing and managing media assets, applying color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and titles as needed. The role also involves optimizing video outputs for different platforms, maintaining consistency across projects, and staying current with editing trends and tools to enhance overall production quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong video editing and video production skills, including experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading and basic video post-production workflows, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality output.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and graphics skills, with the ability to create or integrate titles, lower thirds, and simple animations.
- Relevant experience in editing content for brands or creators, with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage deadlines, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Familiarity with sound design basics, file management, and export settings for social media and broadcast platforms is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video production is preferred.
