About Pepper
Pepper is building an AI-powered content and SEO growth platform, serving 2,500+ global brands with 150,000+ content creators. Our platform Atlas is an agentic SEO + content engine where AI, automation, editorial intelligence, and search systems come together to drive outcomes at scale.
We do not just produce content. We engineer how it performs across search engines, AI systems, and customer journeys — and increasingly, how it moves people on screen.
A Note on Video: Why This Role Matters
For a B2B brand, video is where credibility becomes visible. A product launch, a category explainer, a founder POV, a social short — these are the moments where an abstract idea about SEO, AI, or content becomes something a busy professional actually understands and remembers.
That does not happen through cuts and captions alone. It happens through motion — through design that gives an idea rhythm, clarity, and weight. At Pepper, we are building a marketing engine that ships video at the speed of a content team but at the polish of a studio. This role sits at the center of that.
The Role: Motion-First Video Editor. End-to-End Owner. Marketing Craftsman
.You will own video from idea to export for Pepper's marketing team — but through the lens of motion design first. Editing is the baseline. Animation and motion graphics are the craft that sets your work apart
.You will sit in the Mumbai office, on screens alongside the marketing folks — writers, designers, strategists, and social leads — turning briefs, decks, and rough concepts into finished films. Some days that means a polished product film with kinetic typography and animated UI. Other days it means a fast, on-brand explainer for LinkedIn. Occasionally it means picking up a camera, being on set, and shaping how a piece is shot so it edits well later
.This is an individual contributor role. No people management. High ownership. Strong taste. Speed with polish. Motion at the core
.
