but understands attention, retention & storytelling.
Padhleakshay is hiring a Full-Time In-House Video Editor in Noida.
If you have at least 2 years of experience (or an exceptionally strong portfolio), this might be for you.
🎯 Role Overview:
Full-time, Work From Office (Noida)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
EdTech content (YouTube Videos, Lecture, Reels + educational videos)
🎥 You Should Have:
Minimum 2 years of editing experience (or strong proof via portfolio)
Strong command over:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Understanding of:
Motion graphics
Hooks & retention editing
Short-form + long-form content structure
Ability to deliver fast-paced, engaging, scroll-stopping edits
Basic understanding of YouTube & Instagram content psychology (bonus)
