What You’ll Be Editing
- YouTube long-form videos
- Reels & Shorts
- Podcasts
- Cinematic promotional videos
- Ads & launch videos
- High-retention educational content
What We’re Looking For
- Strong editing sense and storytelling ability
- Good understanding of pacing, hooks, memes & retention
- Ability to make videos feel engaging, emotional, cinematic, or viral depending on the requirement
- Knowledge of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut / DaVinci (optional)
- Understanding of sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, zooms, etc.
- Someone who understands YouTube & Instagram content deeply
Bonus If You:
- Have edited for creators before
- Understand Gen-Z internet culture
- Can create highly engaging reels/shorts
- Understand thumbnails & retention psychology
- Can work fast under deadlines
