business strategy, geopolitics, and career growth into powerful visual stories.
We’re looking for a Video Editor who thinks like a strategist.
🎯 What You’ll Work On:
• Business case studies (Why companies win/lose)
• Geopolitical breakdowns (India, US, Middle East, global power shifts)
• Career & recruitment insights (real market dynamics, not motivation fluff)
🧠What Makes You a Fit:
• You understand why a story works — not just how to edit it
• You can convert complex ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Strong sense of pacing, retention, and storytelling psychology
🛠Tools You Must Know:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Basic motion graphics & text animation
• (Bonus) Sound design + storytelling frameworks
🔥 What We Expect:
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–15 mins)
• Create high-retention hooks in first 30 seconds
• Use visuals, maps, overlays to simplify complex topics
• Think like a viewer, not just an editor

• Template editors
• Reel-only editors with no storytelling depth
