Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Hyderabad. The Video Editor will work closely with the production, creative, and marketing teams to edit short- and long-form video content for digital platforms, campaigns, events, and esports properties. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, synchronizing audio, applying basic and advanced edits, and preparing final exports in required formats. The role involves integrating motion graphics, titles, and graphics, performing color correction and grading, and ensuring brand and visual consistency across all videos. The Video Editor will also collaborate in pre-production planning, provide creative input on concepts and storyboards, manage project files and assets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills, including Video Editing and Video Production, with experience in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Proficiency in visual enhancement, including Video Color Grading and basic color correction techniques to maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics, using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Illustrator to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and translate creative concepts into compelling video narratives.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site production environment.
- Prior experience in advertising, digital content, esports, or event-based video projects is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
