Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time. You'll be responsible for editing engaging content for YouTube channels and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Responsibilities
* Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–20 mins) and short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
* Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color grading
* Collaborate with the content team to align videos with brand guidelines
* Manage and organize raw footage and project files
* Use AI tools to speed up editing workflows and enhance content quality
* Generate or enhance voiceovers using AI voice tools
* Stay updated on platform trends and adapt editing styles accordingly
* Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced content calendar
Requirements
* 1–2 years of video editing experience (YouTube/Social Media preferred)
* Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
* Hands-on experience with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Murf, Play.ht)
* Eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
* Ability to work independently and take feedback well
* Portfolio or YouTube channel link required
Nice to Have
* Experience with After Effects or motion graphics
* Basic knowledge of color grading
* Familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma
