We’re Hiring: Video Editor (Full-Time, On-site)
📍 Ahmedabad
If you can feel when a video starts dragging and know exactly where the cut should happen, this role is for you.
At NetLink India, we’re looking for a Video Editor who understands that editing is not just about transitions or effects. It’s about shaping a message, controlling attention, and making every second count.
This is not a volume-editing role.
It’s about crafting videos that people actually watch till the end.
What you’ll be working on
- Video content across formats — reels, long-form videos, and podcasts
- Brand videos and marketing content for NetLink
- Client project videos across different industries
- Content designed to explain, position, and build brand credibility
What you’ll do
- Edit videos across formats, from short-form reels to longer brand videos and podcasts
- Structure footage in a way that makes the story clear and easy to follow
- Identify the strongest moments in raw footage and build the video around them
- Use pacing, cuts, and visual flow to maintain viewer attention
- Add text, graphics, and elements only where they enhance the message
- Work closely with the content team to align edits with the original concept
- Organize and manage footage efficiently during the editing process
What we’re looking for
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a Video Editor
- Strong understanding of both short-form and long-form video formats
- Hands-on experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software
- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and workflows to improve speed and efficiency
- A strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling through edits
- Ability to turn raw footage into structured, engaging videos
- Attention to detail and a clear understanding of visual communication
- A portfolio that shows thoughtful editing, not just flashy effects

- About adding random transitions to make videos look busy
- About editing quickly without thinking about the message
- About copying trends without understanding why they work
