Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting effective shots, and creating cohesive, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include editing videos for various digital platforms, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with the creative team to refine concepts and storyboards. The role involves preparing graphics and visual assets, syncing audio, managing project files, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations. The Video Editor will also contribute ideas for visual storytelling and maintain awareness of current trends in video and digital media.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to handle end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual quality and storytelling impact.
- Experience creating and integrating Graphics for video content, including titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and motion software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
- Relevant education in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphic work.
