Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy, creative Video Editor based in Ahmedabad to manage the end-to-end post-production for a premier professional brand. This is an on-site role requiring a storyteller who can transform raw lifestyle footage, high-level networking sessions, and podcast recordings into polished, cinematic content. You will work closely with the leadership team to maintain a sophisticated aesthetic while driving significant engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Narrative Editing: Craft compelling stories from raw footage, ensuring the brand’s "voice" and leadership persona remain authentic and authoritative.
- Short-Form Mastery: Create high-impact Reels and TikToks with precise pacing, seamless transitions, and "scroll-stopping" hooks.
- Podcast/Long-Form Content: Edit full-length multi-cam podcast episodes, integrating B-roll, dynamic graphics, and professional sound design.
- Visual Identity: Apply consistent premium color grading and modern typography that aligns with an elite professional brand.
- On-Site Collaboration: Work directly with the production team in Ahmedabad to provide real-time feedback during shoots and ensure fast-turnaround edits.
- Platform Optimization: Design and export platform-specific assets, including high-conversion YouTube thumbnails and synchronized captions.
Technical Requirements- Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and Photoshop for visual assets.
- Quality Standards: Deep understanding of color correction, audio mastering, and noise reduction to ensure "broadcast quality" output.
- Technical Specs: Expert knowledge of safe zones, aspect ratios ($9:16, 4:5, 16:9$), and optimal bitrates for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Workflow Efficiency: Proven ability to manage high-volume content calendars and deliver "Quick-Turnaround" edits for time-sensitive events.
