🎥 Looking for a Video Editor — Lifestyle / Vlog Content
Not someone who just knows any video editing software. I’m looking for someone who understands moments.
Someone who can look at hours of footage and notice the seconds that actually matter.
A look.
A pause.
A random conversation.
A laugh that wasn’t planned.
A completely ordinary moment that somehow tells you everything.
I don’t want someone who simply takes the footage, puts it together, adds music and calls it a day.
I want someone who can feel the footage.
I want to create lifestyle content that feels lived-in.
Raw. Honest. A little imperfect.
Not overly edited.
Not unnecessarily cinematic.
Not trying too hard to make every frame “perfect.”
The edit shouldn’t scream, “Look how well this is edited.”
It should make you forget there’s an edit at all.
I want the audience to feel like they’re actually there — experiencing the journey with us.
The footage will be messy. There will be a lot of it. And somewhere inside it, there’ll be a story.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys finding that story.
Someone with a strong sense of pacing, music, sound, emotion and visual storytelling — but also the instinct to know when not to edit.
To know when to build.
When to hold.
When to cut.
And when to simply let a moment breathe.
You should:
→ Understand pacing and emotional storytelling
→ Have a great sense of music & sound
→ Know how to find a story within hours of raw footage
→ Notice details and moments others might overlook
→ Be comfortable keeping things imperfect when the moment calls for it
→ Bring your own creative perspective and point of view
Once we find our rhythm and understand each other creatively, there’ll be a lot of freedom to experiment and shape the visual language together.
