Video Editor — Little Heights
At Little Heights, we don’t just edit videos — we tell stories that feel like home.
From chaotic street moments to quiet, everyday magic, our content is all about capturing the soul of a city and making people feel something.
We’re looking for a Video Editor who gets this. Someone who can take raw footage and turn it into stories people stop scrolling for.
What you’ll be doing
- Editing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) that feel real, relatable, and engaging
- Bringing stories to life through pacing, music, and clean cuts
- Adding subtitles, transitions, and basic motion elements where needed
- Working closely with the content + production team to shape narratives
- Making sure everything going out feels very Little Heights
What we’re looking for
- Someone who understands storytelling, not just editing
- Strong sense of pacing — you know when to hold and when to cut
- Familiarity with editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects or similar)
- A good eye for what works on Instagram (and what doesn’t)
- Ability to work on quick timelines without losing quality
- Bonus: If you’ve worked on city, lifestyle, or community-driven content

Compensation
The role offers a CTC of ₹4,20,000 per year.
This is structured as a stable monthly payout, with room to grow as you take on more ownership and responsibilities. As Little Heights grows, we want your role and compensation to grow with it.
