About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-paced video editor who understands short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style). If you can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping content with strong hooks, tight cuts, and engaging storytelling, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit high-volume short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for social media
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and trending elements
• Create strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds to boost retention
• Work closely with the content team to match brand tone and trends
• Optimize videos for performance (watch time, engagement)
Requirements:
• Experience in short-form video editing
• Proficiency in tools like Capcut, Edits or similar
• Strong understanding of social media trends and viral formats
• Fast turnaround time and attention to detail
• Basic sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology
