We’re Hiring Video Editor for Podcast Trailers
We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor who can create powerful, cinematic, and
high-retention podcast trailers.
This is not a basic video-editing role. You should understand how to turn a long podcast
conversation into a compelling 60–120 second story that builds curiosity and makes people
want to watch the full episode.
What You’ll Do
● Edit cinematic trailers for our podcast episodes.
● Identify the strongest moments from long-form conversations.
● Build a clear story with hooks, buildup, emotional peaks, and a strong ending.
● Use music, sound effects, B-roll, motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions
effectively.
● Work with multi-camera podcast footage.
● Clean and enhance dialogue audio.
● Edit long-form podcasts and clips whenever required.
● Work closely with the content team to improve storytelling and retention.
What We’re Looking For
● At least 2 years of professional video-editing experience.
● Previous experience editing podcast trailers, teasers, documentaries, or cinematic
content is strongly preferred.
● Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, music selection, and sound design.
● Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
professional tools.
● Ability to create premium content without overusing effects.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
● Openness to feedback and multiple creative iterations.
Location: Ahmedabad
Type: Full-time, in-office
