We’re looking for a creative and performance-focused Video Editor who can create engaging content for Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
Responsibilities
1. Edit high-converting Meta & Google/YouTube video ads.
2. Create scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts, and trending social content.
3. Develop strong hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, sound design, and CTAs.
4. Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content.
5. Create multiple creative variations for ad testing.
6. Use AI video tools to create AI-generated videos, visuals, UGC-style content, voiceovers, animations, and creative concepts.
7. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and AI video tools.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of video editing experience.
2. Strong portfolio of ads, Reels/Shorts.
3. Good understanding of what makes content engaging and conversion-focused.
4. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
5. Fast, creative, detail-oriented, and willing to experiment.
MOST IMPORTANT: We want someone who can make videos people want to watch.
