We don't need someone who edits videos. We need someone who can't look at raw footage without seeing the story hiding inside it.
Every week, we hand our editors hours of raw chaos — packed conference halls, panel discussions running long, oncologists talking over each other, Zoom lag, dead air, mic feedback. Your job? Find the 5 minutes inside those 2 hours that actually matter. Cut everything else without mercy.
If you've ever watched a boring cut of something and thought "I could fix this in ten minutes," — we want to talk to you.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Turning long, messy conference/panel recordings into sharp, watchable highlight videos
- Making color grading and motion graphics look intentional, not decorative
- Syncing audio that was never meant to sync
- Killing every "um," every silence, every moment that makes someone reach for the skip button
- Working fast, because events don't wait for perfect
What you bring:
- Real hands-on chops in Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
- An eye for pacing — you know when a cut should breathe and when it shouldn't
- Zero patience for boring edits
- Bonus: you've cut medical, conference, or corporate event content before
