🎬 We're Hiring: Video Editor | Hybrid | Real Estate Content
🏡 About the Role
We're looking for a talented and skilled Video Editor to join our team. You'll be at the heart of our content production pipeline, crafting stunning real estate videos that captivate buyers, sellers, and investors. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you.
📋 Key Responsibilities
• Produce a minimum of 3 high-quality videos per day, primarily focused on real estate content
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with smooth transitions, color grading, and professional audio
• Create motion graphics, text overlays, and lower thirds for branding consistency
• Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to align videos with brand guidelines
• Meet strict deadlines without compromising quality
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience (real estate experience is a strong plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and titles
• Color grading skills (Lumetri Color or DaVinci Color Page)
• Understanding of audio mixing : dialogue cleanup, music, and SFX layering
• Familiarity with different codecs, formats, and export settings for various platforms
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and highly organized
⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with drone footage editing
• Knowledge of real estate video conventions (virtual tours, aerial walkthroughs, listing videos)
• Familiarity with plugins like Boris FX, Video Copilot, or AEJuice
• Experience editing for social media platforms with platform-specific formatting
🕐 Work Details
• Schedule: 6 days a week
• Location: Siliguri
• Work Mode: Hybrid (combination of on-site and remote)
• Output Expectation: Minimum 3 videos/day
