We’re Hiring Video Editor (Reels Specialist) 🎬
Not looking for basic editors.
We want someone who can create high-impact, scroll-stopping reels that people actually watch till the end.
Experience: 1–3 years
What you’ll do:
- Edit fast-paced, engaging reels for brands and campaigns
- Use cuts, transitions, sound, and timing to hook attention instantly
- Turn raw footage into content that performs (views, saves, shares)
- Work closely with the team on trend-based and original reel ideas
What we’re looking for:
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks & retention
- Understanding of Instagram & short-form content trends
- Ability to make content feel dynamic, not templated
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects
Bonus if you:
- Understand performance marketing creatives
- Can think like a creator, not just an editor
