Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar. The Video Editor will work closely with trainers and the content team to edit raw footage into clear, engaging training videos and promotional content. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling and refining video sequences, applying color correction and basic sound adjustments, creating motion graphics and visual assets, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines. The role involves organizing media files, maintaining project timelines, collaborating on storyboards, and preparing content for digital platforms. The Video Editor will also contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and learner engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading for consistent and professional visual output.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic audio editing tools.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with trainers, designers, and other team members on-site in Bhubaneswar.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating video editing work is required.
