Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the magazine’s mission. Tasks include video production, color grading, and creating motion graphics to craft compelling visual stories. Collaboration with creative teams and adherence to the editorial vision will be key elements of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and assembling video projects
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Color Grading for professional and polished outputs
- Experience with Motion Graphics and basic Graphics creation to enhance video storytelling
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of storytelling techniques and trends in visual media
- Understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivity, especially related to Indian hospitality traditions
- A degree or certificate in Media, Film Production, Design, or a related field is preferred
