Hiring: Social Media & Digital Lead (The Creative All-Rounder)

The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Visual Specialist who can own the entire creative lifecycle of LuxeVenue.ai. If you are someone who can ideate a reel, shoot it (or source it), edit it with slick animations, and design a premium post—all independently—then this is for you.
We need a "Do-er" who understands the luxury aesthetic and isn't afraid to handle the end-to-end creative workflow.
Key Responsibilities (The One-Man Army Checklist):
- Social Media Management: Owning the content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Video Production: Editing high-end, cinematic Reels and short-form videos. You should be a master of transitions and pacing.
- Graphic Design: Creating minimalist, premium static posts, carousels, and stories that reflect a 5-star brand identity.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Adding subtle, high-quality animations to explain our AI features (like Luxe-Escrow and Trend-Oracle).
- Independent Execution: From "Idea to Live Post"—you will be responsible for the entire process without needing constant supervision.
What We Are Looking For:
- The Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator, or high-end mobile editing tools (CapCut/VN) and Canva Pro.
- AI Savvy: Knowledge of using AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up the creative process.
- Aesthetic Sense: An eye for "Luxury." You know that for a brand like ours, Less is More.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience handling social media for a startup, lifestyle brand, or agency.
