We're looking for a Video Editor who can help us turn spaces into stories.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is about translating architectural spaces and design concepts into compelling video. You'll cut raw footage of our projects, site visits, and interviews into polished films for social media, client presentations, and our website - and you'll do it with a modern, AI-assisted workflow. We want someone highly proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects who also knows how to use tools like Gemini, Claude, and HeyGen to generate assets, move faster, and solve creative problems on the fly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Post-production - Cut and assemble raw architectural footage, site visits, and interviews into polished videos for social media, client presentations, and our website.
• Motion graphics - Build clean, high-end motion graphics, typography, and transitions in After Effects that complement our architectural aesthetic.
• AI-assisted asset creation - Use Gemini and Claude to generate concepts and prompt supplementary visuals. Use HeyGen for synthetic voiceovers, avatar-led segments, or placeholder elements when traditional shooting isn't an Option.
• Color & sound - Handle color grading so spaces look their best, and mix audio for crisp, balanced sound design.
• Asset management - Keep project files, raw footage, and deliverables organized so the rest of the team can always find what they need.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A solid showreel that proves your grasp of pacing, composition, and visual Storytelling.
• Real technical skill in After Effects - graphics that look smooth and intentional, never like a template.
• A practical approach to AI - you treat these tools as a way to work smarter and generate assets quickly, not as a gimmick.
• An eye for design - you know how to frame a space and let the work breathe on screen.
• The ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and hit deadlines independently.
