About House of UGC
Hxouse of UGC is a new-age content studio helping India's top D2C and digital-first brands scale through high-converting, scroll-stopping video ads. Under our vertical House of UGC, we script and produce 30-60 second UGC-style videos that look native, authentic - and drive real results.
We create impactful user-generated content for D2C and Ecommerce brands, focusing on video production, editing, and campaign management. With over 50 videos produced for more than dozens of brands across industries such as fitness, food, tech, beauty, apparel, and lifestyle, we know how to grab shoppers' attention and drive engagement.
What We are looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in video editing
- Strong experience editing UGC content and short-form videos for brands
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and performance-driven creatives
- Familiarity with trending UGC formats, creator styles, and social media trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment
- Strong time management and quick turnaround skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and edit UGC videos for brands across various industries
- Develop engaging video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and YouTube Shorts
- Create high-retention, scroll-stopping edits with compelling storytelling
- Add captions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and other creative elements to enhance content quality
- Ensure strong hooks within the first few seconds of every video
- Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while maintaining content quality
- Collaborate closely with creators, scriptwriters, and the content team
- Implement feedback efficiently and deliver edits within defined timeline
