We're looking for a creative Video Editor who can transform ideas into engaging visual content and help us create impactful learning experiences for millions of learners.
What You'll Do
- Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, social media, and educational platforms.
- Create engaging talking-head videos, podcasts, tutorials, explainers, product demos, and educational content.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, sound design, and color correction.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop compelling visual stories.
- Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Leverage AI-powered editing tools to improve production speed and creative output.
- Organize media assets and ensure timely delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube, podcast, talking-head, educational, or social media content.
- Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Photoshop
Illustrator
DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro (preferred)
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of pacing, audience retention, and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
