Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Video Ads Specialist who is passionate about creating high-converting, engaging, and scroll-stopping video ads for digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands performance marketing creatives, hooks, retention-driven editing, and knows how to turn ideas into compelling ad videos that drive clicks, conversions, and brand growth.
You will work closely with the performance marketing and brand team to translate concepts into impactful ad creatives that strengthen Happy Cultures’ presence and connect with our target audience.
Location: Bangalore (In-office role)
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce performance-driven video ads for platforms like Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create high-converting short-form ad creatives with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and CTAs.
- Stay updated on trending ad formats, competitor creatives, audience behavior, and editing styles to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
- Work with the creative, brand, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns, product stories, and growth initiatives to life.
- Repurpose raw footage, product shoots, creator content, and user-generated content into engaging ad creatives.
- Maintain brand tone, style, and consistency across all video advertisements while optimizing for performance metrics.

- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives, ad hooks, retention-focused editing, fast-paced cuts, captions, and audio syncs.
- A good sense of design, aesthetics, storytelling, and conversion-focused content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
