About HADRON1
HADRON1 is a design and marketing agency working with brands across strategy, creative, design, content, and marketing. We work on projects spanning brand communication, digital content, campaigns, and visual experiences.
We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who wants hands-on experience working on real client projects and developing strong commercial editing skills.
What you'll do
Edit short-form and long-form video content for brands and digital platforms.
Edit Instagram Reels, social media content, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and other long-form video formats.
Assemble and organize raw footage and project files efficiently.
Apply colour correction and colour grading to create polished, consistent visuals.
Work with sound, music, transitions, typography, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
Create and integrate motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Work with footage from professional cameras and understand different video formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
Maintain organized editing workflows and project files.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visual content.
Contribute ideas during the conceptualization and editing process.
Take feedback, make revisions, and deliver projects within deadlines.
What we're looking for
Strong understanding of video editing and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, particularly for colour grading.
Strong understanding of colour correction, colour grading, pacing, sound, composition, and visual rhythm.
Understanding of professional camera footage, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
Good sense of visual quality, composition, and attention to detail.
Ability to organize project files and maintain a clean editing workflow.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and take ownership of assigned projects.
