We’re looking for a video editor with 2–3 years of proven experience who can execute fast, think in content, and understand what works across platforms.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a video editor at GROWInc. You will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality video content across short-form and long-form formats.
Day-to-day work includes editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts, and branded content, along with tasks such as color grading, basic motion graphics, and managing edits from raw footage to final delivery.
What you’ll do
- Edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos
- Work on podcasts, brand content, and event footage
- Apply platform-specific editing styles (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Handle color grading, sound, and basic motion graphics
- Collaborate with the team on iterations and improvements
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or equivalent
- Experience in video production and post-production workflows
- Understanding of short-form content trends and YouTube ecosystem
- Ability to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality output
- Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
