Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including assembling footage, trimming clips, and structuring engaging, coherent stories.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills, with the ability to adjust color, exposure, and tone to achieve consistent, professional visual quality across projects.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to design and integrate titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual elements that support brand identity.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion/graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and present creative ideas clearly.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in editing marketing, corporate, or educational video content and a portfolio showcasing relevant work will be highly beneficial.
