Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesLong-form Editing
Edit premium long-form videos for YouTube.
Requirements:

- Motion graphics

- Premium subtitles
- Smooth transitions
- Story-driven editing
Short-form Editing
Create viral-ready short-form videos.
Formats:
- Reels
- Shorts
- Vertical videos
Must understand:

Content Repurposing
Convert 1 long video into:
- 5 Shorts
- 3 Reels
- multiple social media clips
Creative Direction Support
