You will be responsible for bringing Northeast India to life on screen — frame by frame, cut by cut. Every reel you edit should make someone stop scrolling. Every travel film you craft should make someone book a trip.
Your goal is simple:
👉 Turn raw footage into cinematic stories

:- Key Responsibilities (Tourism-Focused)
* Edit high-impact Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form travel films for Finderbridge and its partners
* Build a visual language that makes Northeast India look premium, aspirational, and unmissable
* Translate on-ground raw footage into scroll-stopping, emotion-driven content
* Develop signature editing styles for different content formats — documentary, lifestyle, brand films, and destination reels
* Collaborate with the content and strategy team to align edits with campaign goals and conversion funnels
* Handle color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling independently
* Repurpose long-form footage into platform-specific cuts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Maintain visual consistency across all Finderbridge content and partner brand deliverables
* Stay ahead of editing trends — transitions, pacing, music choices — and adapt them to travel storytelling
* Work directly on destination branding campaigns with hotels, resorts, and tourism partners
:- What We're Really Looking For
This is not a "trim and export" role.
We are looking for someone who understands:
* Visual Storytelling – How to make a landscape feel alive on
* Pacing Psychology – How rhythm, cuts, and music shape travel desire
* Platform Thinking – What works on Reels vs. YouTube vs.
* Brand Consistency – How to make every edit feel unmistakably
* Conversion Editing – Cuts that don't just look beautiful, but sell destinations
-- Qualifications
* Proven experience in video editing for social media or brand campaigns
* Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci
* Proficiency in After Effects or CapCut for motion graphics and
* Deep understanding of short-form content ecosystems (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
* Strong sense of color grading, visual aesthetics, and audio mixing
* Ability to work with raw travel footage and turn it into a story — not just a slideshow
* Understanding of aspect ratios, export formats, and platform-specific requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of video editing experience (travel/lifestyle/brand preferred)
* A strong portfolio showcasing reels, short films, or brand videos
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving startup environment
* Strong sense of music selection and audio-visual sync
* Deep interest in travel, culture, and visual storytelling
* Must be a detail-obsessed, frame-perfect creator
* Candidate from Northeast India strongly preferred
